I have experience and specialize working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families particularly the BIPOC community. The therapeutic modalities I practice are CBT, DBT, MI, Solution-Focused, TIP (Transition to Independence Process) model

I specialize in working with people who:
have had dilemmas of abuse/neglect, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, intimate partner violence, substance use, abandonment, and life transitions. Most recently, being body positive, improve low self-esteem/confidence, and worthiness.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy helping people. I want like to create a safe and non-judgmental space for people to participate in and feel they were heard.

Since I provide virtual/Telehealth services, this allows the client to have access to their mental health services wherever they are located.

I am a bilingual, bicultural therapist who identifies as Chicana (she/her/ella) and am proud to be part of the Latinx community. I enjoy working with working with diverse backgrounds, including the Spanish speaking community.
