I love collaboration. No one has all the answers. While therapists have a wealth of knowledge about mental health, clients have a wealth of knowledge about themselves. From that perspective, it makes a lot of sense to view therapy as a partnership

Together, we will:

Identify your goals and construct a bridge that will allow you to reach those goals. We build the bridge by increasing your insight and self-awareness, and we move across the bridge by working through pain and overcoming obstacles to growth & healing
