a grounding, supportive presence with a great sense of humor.
Something to know about my approach is:
I don't take myself too seriously, but I do take the work that we are doing together very seriously. I consider it a privilege to witness your vulnerability and will treat it with care.
Together, we will:
work to help you build the life you want to be living through a mix of goal-setting, healing, and self-love practices.
I specialize in working with people who:
are immigrants or children of immigrants, particularly those in the Latinx and/or LGBTQ+ communities. Often they are experiencing life shifts along with mental health symptoms and barriers resulting from systemic oppression that make coping hard.
I became a therapist because:
of my own positive growth/healing experience in therapy as a client.
