A lot of the feedback I receive from clients is how I bring a warm and open presence, but firm enough to challenge a client to reflect and grow.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am a somatically trained psychotherapist. In additional to traditional talk therapy, I will ask the client to notice the felt sensations that accompany the stories, and help them identify and understand the wisdom behind these felt experiences.

In my practice, there is no theme or topic that is taboo. I welcome all forms and parts of my clients, and have respect for all the material that surfaces. Through depth work and somatic inquiry, we can begin to heal and gain regulation tools.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with Neurodivergent youth and adults, as well as people who experience social anxiety/general anxiety. Another specialty of mine is helping support couples in which one of the members identifies as neurodivergent.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I believe that everyone can heal from past wounding, with the right amount of support and encouragement.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I provide telehealth treatment mostly, but am located in SF and can provide "walk and talk" therapy as well.

My practice is based on the belief that every individual is moving towards a place of well-being, and that there is a natural wisdom of the body which can be cultivated in this process of forming. I practice somatically and relationally.
