that I am Attachment-focused meaning that I strongly believe in the power of relationships, including the therapist-client relationship, to provide healing and growth.

focus on the things that are of the utmost importance to you. Each session, you have my undivided attention. Many clients wish to discuss their anxiety, stressors, relationship issues, amotivation, difficult past experiences or grief.

I specialize in working with people who:

are interested in exploring how their past experiences impact them currently, especially as it relates to their closest relationships (couples, parent-child). I have specialized training in working with couples, LGBTQ+ folx, and perinatal issues.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been curious about the "why". Why do people behave in the ways that they do?

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in person in El Dorado Hills as well as virtually within the state of California. I am a ciswoman, LGBTQ+ ally, second generation Chinese American, white, and a mother of two littles.
