I love helping people take charge of their mental health! Through in-session therapy and out-of-therapy homework, we build the skills to navigate mental health issues so they don't get in the way of you living the life you want.

Together, we will:

work together to understand your emotions, thoughts, and patterns, and how they came to be. We will develop skills to help you to navigate the things that aren't serving you (i.e. unhelpful thoughts, painful feelings), and connect with your values.

Struggle with racing thoughts, have difficulty being present because the mind can't quiet, get beat up by your mind with thoughts about past experiences or worries about the future. If this is you, we should talk :)

It can be anywhere! I have found tele-therapy to be an amazing avenue for providing therapy, and makes it more accessible in our busy lives.
