have experienced trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I have many tools to offer, we will go at your pace and find solutions that work for you. The difficulties we experience in life is what makes us unique and beautiful.

I wanted to make a difference in someone's life the same way a therapist helped me change my life.
