Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
My clients describe me as:
kind, empathetic, funny, and inquisitive. I am easy to talk to and knowledgeable about trauma, grief and loss, and family issues.
Something to know about my approach is:
I will ask you to go deep to uncover the root of your issues. I’m not the therapist that will ask you how you feel but push you to discover why you feel that way, then support you to heal the wounds that keep you stuck.
Together, we will:
explore your childhood and family history, uncover traumas and losses and work to heal your past. Then I’ll help you navigate your relationships and build the skills you need to thrive.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have experienced trauma or are still affected by negative childhood experiences and loss so they can interrupt negative patterns, thrive in their relationships, and diminish pain. I also specialize in grief therapy.
I became a therapist because:
I was always fascinated by the mind, a natural mediator and after taking my own journey to heal I knew becoming a therapist was right for me.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer online therapy so you can explore your issues wherever feels best to you.
More about me and my practice:
I have over 15 years experience treating complex trauma, running trauma treatment programs, and providing clinical supervision to new therapists in the field.
