My clients describe me as:
Empathetic, warm, non-judgmental person who seeks to welcome all of who you are.
Something to know about my approach is:
I offer somatic therapy meaning we center your body's communication through sensations, tightenings, and releases. I center your identity-based experiences through an anti-oppressive lens.
Together, we will:
We will explore your relationship with yourself, learn about patterns you find yourself repeating, and resolve wounded experiences from childhood.
I specialize in working with people who:
I specialize in working with folks seeking to heal from OCD, religious trauma, body image issues, disordered eating, co-dependency, people pleasing, abandonment of self, and inner self-critics.
I became a therapist because:
Growing up I navigated institutional/religious trauma, and enmeshed family dynamics with undiagnosed mental health issues. This inspired my own work.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I believe in the ongoing process of building trust and safety between therapist and client by continuing to explore and discuss what this looks like.
