Therapy can be challenging as we discuss issues, but it is my priority to ensure a safe environment for you to share. I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into our therapy.
Together, we will:
explore cultures and thinking patterns that have been holding you back, break free from these patterns and develop new adaptive thinking skills. You will establish personal values and find new ways to meet your emotional needs.
