I specialize in working with people who are navigating complex family dynamics, emotional challenges, and life transitions. My specialties include Family Systems, Parenting Support, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Child and Teen Issues, Life Transitions, Group Therapy, and Couples Therapy—offering support with compassion and care.

I became a therapist because I believe that building a healthy family system starts with understanding each child’s unique calling and purpose. I’m passionate about helping parents and families strengthen their connections, foster growth, and create supportive environments where every member can thrive emotionally and relationally.

I hold a Doctorate in Educational Psychology, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling, and a Master’s in Education. As a proud parent of three sons—a police officer, a scientist, and an NFL player—I believe building healthy families starts with understanding each child’s purpose. I created parenting courses for OC Family Courts to support that growth.
