I'm not a therapist who sits back and expects you to talk the entire time. Of course, if that's what you need--then I'm here to listen! But if you're looking for a collaborative and engaging therapist, then we'll be a great fit.

build insight, get curious, and help you grow outside of our sessions to see real changes in your life. We'll focus on the future and help you make positive changes that impact your life in the direction you intentionally want to go.

I specialize in working with people who:

are going through life transitions, whether that's starting or ending college, getting engaged/married, starting a family, ending relationships, and/or job and career changes. I love treating anxiety, which often goes hand and hand with change.
