My approach is person-centered and grounded in an intersectional and trauma-informed perspective, I draw from Psychodynamic, Inner Child Work, DBT, and Internal Family Systems therapy to help you identify and break patterns and cycles that no longer serve you.

We will work together to navigate your past traumas, heal old wounds, and empower you to shape your present and future according to your desires. We will uncover your patterns and create understanding of why these exist and how to shift them to better serve your present and future self.

I am compassionate and open-minded. I identify as LGBTQ+ and practice guided by anti-oppressive principles. I make my clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

I specialize in working with clients who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community but I enjoy supporting people of all backgrounds. I also specialize in working with people who have unhealed trauma, survivors of sexual and domestic violence, people navigating mood and personality disorders, and anyone looking to break their cycles, heal, and grow.
