Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm to 6pm and some morning hours.
My clients describe me as:
I provide a sanctuary of space that honors all your identities with unbiased compassion.
Something to know about my approach is:
I value how each person is shaped by their culture, sexual identity, gender identity, and society. Through an intersectional lens to honor the conflict that arises between your different roles and/or identities as an individual in becoming an adult.
Together, we will:
work with each other to explore the conflict, understand the origin, and work towards living more authentically and affirming in whichever way YOU want to define it from a therapist who is nonjudgemental and affirming.
I specialize in working with people who:
are part of the BIPOC and LGBTQ community struggling with anxiety and toxic relationships. There may be sleepless nights, not seeing your friends as often, needing a type of distraction 24/7, and an increased annoyance with those around you.
I became a therapist because:
I recognize how our different parts that mold us as individuals come into conflict with one another in becoming an adult. It causes distress in us.
