If something is weighing you down, preventing you from reaching your goals, we can work through it. I give patients an opportunity to discuss whatever they need to, providing them the foundation for hope through change.

I specialize in treating patients with addictions, trauma histories, and those who feel discounted by others. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Mindfulness, Strength Based interventions, and Christian Counseling, if desired.

I chose this career path because I understand what it feels like to live this life with a belief system that holds you back from your true purpose.

I offer in person and online sessions to increase accessibility for everyone. Creating the space for my patients to feel comfortable, is important.
