My priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for all of my clients. I incorporate elements of ACT, CBT, and mindfulness in my work, but collaborate with clients to structure sessions to fit their unique needs and goals.

need a space devoted to them. I support people with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, work-life balance, and relationship issues.
I became a therapist because:
I believe everyone deserves a space to be seen and understood. I am so lucky to share space with my clients and be a part of their healing process.

As I continue to work full time in the medical setting, I am uniquely attuned to the needs of healthcare professionals. In addition to my work described above, I support providers struggling with burn out, secondary trauma, and work-life imbalance.
