Together we will learn how to manage your anxiety, OCD, and/or body-focused repetitive behaviors with tailored therapy. I’ll teach you skills through ACT, CBT, ERP, and ComB.
I focus on helping adults with generalized anxiety, phobias, OCD, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I also have a particular interest in helping those with emetophobia. I use evidence-based techniques like ACT, CBT, ERP, and ComB.
I became a therapist due to my own experience with anxiety and to empower others on how to become their own therapists through researched techniques.
I was extensively trained at Harbor UCLA and am a certified CBT and PE therapist. Also, I completed an intensive ERP training at UPenn, equipping me with advanced skills to provide effective, evidence-based treatment for anxiety and related disorders
