Something to know about my approach is:

I believe that therapy should be compassionate and client-centered, but I also feel that it should be focused and finite. My goals as a therapist are to help clients achieve their aims and to have as many warm goodbyes as I can.

Together, we will:

I help clients build skills for near term relief while also addressing more fundamental issues that facilitate long-term change. We will address difficult experiences and feelings in a way that is sometimes challenging, but never overwhelming.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have a diverse clientele that I love, but I have a background in finance and find I bring particular value as a therapist to professionals with some combination of career stress/ambivalence and relationship difficulties/isolation.

I became a therapist because:

After a career in corporate finance, I decided that I needed a career that was more about people and less about spreadsheets.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am very conscious of room layout and content. My office is designed to let clients feel comfortable, grounded, and in control at all times.
