I am a person centered therapist, which means I believe in the autonomy of each of my clients. You are the expert of your life, and my job is to support you in accessing your most desired self. This requires self-exploration and dedication to change.

Explore your relationship history, family history, coping strategies, and core beliefs to guide the process of healing, growth, and empowerment. We will work toward letting go of unrealistic expectations and recovering from unhealthy relationships.

Are motivated for self-exploration and change. I have supported individuals with complex trauma, toxic familial relationships, relationship challenges, career distress, LGBTQ+ needs, and identity exploration.

I became a therapist because:

I want to offer people an opportunity to authentically explore their relationships, values, core beliefs, and personal goals.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy services via telehealth, and I truly believe that this increases access for individuals with busy school, work, and family schedules.

More about me and my practice:

I have been practicing therapy since 2016. I have experience working within non-profit agencies, county mental health programs, and I currently work within a local school district. I love my blended family, my dogs, travelling, coffee, & yoga!
