I became a therapist because:

I have been supported by others myself. As a queer, Filipino, immigrant, I understand how our multiple social identities can impact our mental health.

I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field, working as a counselor and case manager at a psychiatric hospital before being a therapist. I've seen first-hand how hope is possible when you have proper support with you along the way.
