I am okay with clients that are "all over the board" in the first couple of sessions. I can follow them. Most people are pretty anxious about coming to therapy the first time. I allow them the space to tell their story so we can start the work.

Persevere. It will take time, but if they show up and do the work, it does get better.

Can be open to change and to accepting that the only control we have in this world is ourselves and how we respond.

I wanted to help myself and others who needed a soft place to land.

I'm one of the fortunate people who loves what they do and I am deeply touched by clients who trust me with them and their hurt places, with things they've never told anyone else. It's truly an honor.
