I meet my clients where they are at and work within their comfort zone. Using EMDR, and other trauma treatments, along with talk therapy, I will slightly nudge them out of their comfort zone into healing and progress.

Together, we will work through your current presenting issues in a safe space, whether it is a recent or past traumatic experience, depression, anxiety, self-harm, or suicide ideation, and process past experiences contributing to the current issues.

I specialize in working with people who:

feel numb and struggle to connect with others. Feel like they are just going through the motions each day, unsure if they have ever felt happy. People who don't want to die, but don't want to live in the pain and darkness anymore.

I became a therapist because:

I am human and have fought my own battles. I know the fear and courage it takes to ask for help.

Private pay gives you control of your care WITHOUT a diagnosis on your health record. However, superbills are available for those with OON benefits
