Are adults having difficulty with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, struggling with boundary setting, life transitions, parenting difficulties and women issues.
I became a therapist because:
I understand the importance of needing support and community throughout life and strive to provide a safe place for my clients.

I am very compassionate about encouraging self-compassion in a world that has taught us to shame ourselves. Finding the courage to be vulnerable and build shame-resilience is just the beginning of the work.
