I have been a LCSW for 10 years, and have worked in a little of every setting but 1:1 therapy is where my real passion lies!

Something to know about my approach is:

I have experience focusing on issues including: trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and mood dysregulation. My primary mode of treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy though I am EMDR trained and feel a deep connection trauma work.
