I offer somatic therapy and brainspotting. We will dive deep into the body and subconscious to heal underlying trauma that lies beyond what typical talk therapy can access. I use parts work/IFS to help you bring all facets of yourself into harmony.

Have a rebellious spirit. l welcome queer, trans, non-binary and gender expansive folks of all flavors. I also support neurodivergent, non-monogamous folks, psychonauts, and visionaries. I also work with couples and multi-partner relationships.

After healing my own trauma, it opened up a wellspring of compassion for others. I want to journey with you on this path because I've been there too.

I'm a neurodivergent, queer, spiritual, weirdo with a wide range of experiences who's outrageously non-judgemental. I don't do long awkward silences. We will laugh, cry, and try to figure some shit out together.
