I empower folks to overcome past narratives, reconnect with their true self to find happiness again and live a life of authenticity. Specializing in Women, LBGTQ+ and survivors of suicide loss.

I became a therapist because:

I've always held a strong desire to empower others since I was a child. It's just what I was meant to do.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have books spanning nearly all topics of interest, not just therapy. I love when clients see a favorite on the shelf.

More about me and my practice:

I am a strong minded, passionate advocate, an IVF mom of twins, a suicide survivor and grew up with two moms. Every aspect of my work comes from the heart, blending my education with real-life experiences close to me.
