My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I integrate CBT, trauma-centered interventions, and motivational interviewing to build insight, healthy coping skills, and sustainable change. I meet clients where they are, honor lived experiences, and collaborate on realistic, empowering goals aligned with their values and strengths.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a welcoming space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to be themselves.

I work with individuals, adolescents, children, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationships, life transitions, and stress. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, including childhood and relationship trauma. I also support substance use, co-occurring disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia-spectrum conditions

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to be heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

I have my bachelor’s degree in child and family development and my master’s in counseling psychology. Right now, I am working towards licensure and excited to grow as a therapist.
