My clients report feeling relieved to finally have a safe space to work through difficult feelings. I am responsive and engaged and provide feedback when needed. I don't leave my clients wondering what I am thinking.

Help you understand your feelings and your experiences, help you heal from your past and manage the present, help you see how their thoughts, good or bad, impact how they feel and what they do. We will create goals focused on your unique situation.

I specialize in working with people who:

Due to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues, they struggle to feel good about life. I help them develop a stronger sense of self, with confidence and clarity, to move forward and feel free from stress, worry, and sadness.

I became a therapist because:

Like many therapists, I have experienced childhood trauma and wanted to help others through theirs. I "get" my clients and do my best to help them.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I only offer telehealth therapy. Research has shown that virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions.

I believe that change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work, that accepting ourselves for who we are is courageous, and that we can stop feeling shame when we share our story with someone who understands and is empathetic.
