explore the experiences & intergenerational patterns that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and the world, while equipping you w/ emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and the interpersonal effectiveness skills needed to create change.

I specialize in working with people who:

are grappling w/ low self-esteem, negative body image, or a difficult relationship with food. My other areas of focus include emotional difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues, relational issues, and life-stage transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I value providing compassion, care, and guidance to people as they heal from the parts of themselves and their lives that are painful.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I intentionally decorated my office to feel warm and joyful! As a virtual therapist, I value providing a space that is inviting and comforting.
