I treat trauma and addictions with some of the newest mind-body approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness, and a task-oriented model for porn addiction recovery.

Together, we will:

Grow in self awareness, explore repetitive patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop a deep self compassion through different seasons of life. We will learn to regulate our emotions and gain insight into root causes of dysfunction.

feel that their worlds are unraveling due to trauma/addictions and are isolated and confused. I can help relieve the chaos and help you reclaim your true authentic self. I'm uniquely equipped to create a path forward in healing.

I became a therapist because:

I personally have walked through trauma and addictions. There's nothing I'd rather do that sit with, honor, and be curious about someone's story.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I know how important it is to find a therapist who fits. That’s why I offer a complementary 15-minute session so we can get to know each other.
