I love working with people going through a life transition. You might be experiencing burnout, ageism and/or loss of identity in middle age or you're younger and trying to figure out what being an adult means for you.
I became a therapist because:
I spent 30 years as a creative professional before making a career transition and and am interested in helping others through a life transition.

I created a therapy and support group Ageism and the Creative Professional to help people experiencing ageism, burnout and the loss of identify that comes with middle age.
