Weekday mornings, early afternoons, and late afternoons
My clients describe me as:
I consistently work toward helping my clients feel connected, heard, supported, validated, and safe within the therapeutic environment.
Something to know about my approach is:
My approach is based on your pace, not mine. I'm intentional about finding a balance between attuning to your needs and challenging you along the way. Happy to support with anything: happy, sad, funny, vulnerable moments- here for it all!
Together, we will:
Explore your relationship with food, people in your life, your body, and most importantly, yourself. There are tons of things that can disconnect us from ourselves and I hope to support you on your journey in reconnecting to yourself.
I specialize in working with people who:
Feel "othered" in society, struggle with feeling like they belong, struggle with an eating disorder or disordered eating, are experiencing emotional discomfort and/or disconnection in their body, feel overwhelmed by anxiety or trauma.
I became a therapist because:
Of my personal experience with therapy combined with my passion for helping others heal. It's an honor being present for someone's growth and healing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Flexibility in having sessions virtually and in person. I also offer Brainspotting, a trauma intervention, in both settings.
More about me and my practice:
My approach is trauma-informed and specific to each client. I'm passionate about modeling healthy relationship dynamics within the therapeutic relationship and want you to feel seen and heard not only as a client, but as a human.
