My clients describe me as:

a therapist who deeply cares. I provide therapy for adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries and befriending emotions.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am relational, direct, experiential, and privilege the relationship between client and therapist. I utilize a combination of AEDP, Internal Family Systems, DBT, neuroscience and mindfulness practices.

Together, we will:

undo aloneness by befriending emotions and heal relationships. You will reconnect with the qualities you already possess, gain awareness of your protectors, patterns, and strengths. You will learn to relate to yourself in a new and different way.

I specialize in working with people who:

experience relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I help adults heal from their trauma histories, relationship conflicts, befriend intense moods and manage emotional distress.

I became a therapist because:

Therapy has been a vehicle for me to access my own self-compassion, compassion for my loved ones, and for the greater community.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my advance training in AEDP and IFS, two transformative forms of therapy designed to promote connection, healing and flourishing.
