I am a big fan of helping people learn the why behind their issues and educating them on how things may be tying together. It is so powerful to watch clients have an "aha moment" when we begin to connect things together and make sense of issues.

Identify any negative cycle that is causing you to get stuck, make a plan on how to break the cycle, and work on repairing emotional damage done. With my OCD clients, I work on helping you overcome obsessions and compulsions.

I know life can be terribly difficult and I like helping people be their best selves and have great relationships.

I work in a group practice that is able to accept many insurances. I have been married for 18+ years and hope to bring my years of real-life marriage and family experiences together with my formal counseling education to provide my clients with exceptional, down-to-earth counseling that is relatable to them.
