We will begin with history taking, establishing a strong relationship, establishing goals, followed by meeting regularly and working on skill / tool building, being in process together to help you access your highest intelligence and groundedness.

My women’s health specialty is geared toward working with mothers, child-free women, women who are seeking partnership, couples who are seeking help with parenting / family and the modern-day struggles that come with it.

I chose my field working at an orthopedic surgeon’s practice. I found myself drawn to the psyche and story of people and focused on women's health.

I work in a well-maintained mansion, a very unique space, and have a bodywork table in my office which many clients end up integrating into our work.

I also offer a range of intensive services outside of counseling, which are a process than being a psychotherapy client. Any type of intensive container work is typically a more brief, solution focused, heavily structured process. Visit my website.
