As someone in the queer community I understand first-hand the struggle of finding one’s voice, identity, and inner strength.
I draw from various evidence-based models such as Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness and somatic approaches. Many clients I see come for issues regarding identity, gender and sexuality, relationships, anxiety, and trauma.
