The foundation of my approach is around relational attachment, meaning I believe your context and past relationships play a significant role in your present experience. I am very collaborative and work from a place of openness and compassion.

Identify cycles in your life and/or relationships that just aren't working anymore, with the ultimate goal of creating positive change that results in deeper connection - both with yourself and others.

I specialize in working with people who:

Who are experiencing relational conflict, life stress, anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. I work with individuals and couples who are looking for deeper insight and are eager for change.

I became a therapist because:

I believe in the power of being seen, known, and accepted. I love facilitating authentic human connection, with oneself and others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am able to see clients virtually or in person. My office space is warm and calming, with complimentary coffee or tea available each session.
