I work with those who are navigating major life transitions, struggling to reflect and cope with what is happening within them. My clients are high functioning and often keep it together externally but are quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, or past trauma. I create a calm space where you can reflect and change the things that are keeping you stuck.

Discuss what patterns in your life and relationships aren't working anymore. We will build awareness of the cycles that keep you stuck, as well as build empathy for why those patterns are happening in the first place.

Who are experiencing relational conflict, life stress, emotion dysregulation, and trauma. I work with individuals and couples who are looking to dig deeper. I love working with clients who are ready to give an honest look at themselves, ready for something to change.

I personally have experienced the power of being seen, known, and accepted. Good relationships make up perhaps the biggest portion of our lives, and I have experienced how therapy can make a big difference in the quality of those relationships.

I utilize emotion-based reflection from approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you connect to deeper parts of yourself. I approach mental health from a holistic perspective, caring for your body, mind, and spirit. I am a Christian, and for clients who desire it, I love integrating faith as part of our work together.
