I have a background in Marriage & Family Therapy training, so I believe your context and past relationships play a significant role in your present. I am quite collaborative, as I seek to know what you view the problem to be.

I specialize in working with people who:
Who are experiencing relational conflict, life stress, anxiety/depression, and trauma. I work with individuals and couples who are looking for deeper insight and want change.
I became a therapist because:
I believe in the power of being seen, known, and accepted. I love facilitating authentic human connection, with oneself and others.

I am able to see clients via telehealth or in person. My space is warm and calming, with coffee or tea available each session.
