I support teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, or school-related stress. Using a trauma-informed, somatic approach, I help clients understand their emotions, regulate their nervous system, and build coping skills through mindfulness, body-based tools, and supportive therapy so they can feel more grounded and confident.

Together we will explore what’s feeling overwhelming, build tools to regulate your nervous system, and develop skills to better understand and manage emotions. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with yourself.

My clients describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to be honest about what they’re going through. Clients often share that they leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and better equipped to manage their emotions and challenges.
