Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
My clients describe me as:
Warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, curious, and humorous.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use creative interventions, somatic awareness, and immediacy in session. I work holistically to meet you where you are and encourage your innate capacity for healing.
Together, we will:
explore how you move through the world as a person with your unique experiences and strengths. We will examine how you are impacted your history, identities, and the complex world around you to better understand your needs.
I specialize in working with people who:
identify as older teens, adult women, and genderqueer individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma.
I became a therapist because:
I am passionate about helping others find their unique path to growth and healing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I provide indoor climbing therapy, which offers a unique, experiential way to explore emotions, patterns, and coping skills.
More about me and my practice:
I also work with She Sends Collective, a Boulder-based organization that serves women and genderqueer climbers through high-quality educational clinics and community engagement.
