I specialize in working with people who:

identify as older teens, adult women, and genderqueer individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about helping others find their unique path to growth and healing.

I provide indoor climbing therapy, which offers a unique, experiential way to explore emotions, patterns, and coping skills.
