I view my work through a social justice lens and take a trauma informed approach with clients. I draw from family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and attachment theories to create your treatment plan.

I move at my client's pace in exploring thoughts and feelings about past or present experiences. These conversations may range from work anxiety to childhood trauma. I offer a collaborative approach in identifying feelings, patterns and strengths.
I specialize in working with people who:
My specialties include women in their 20s/30s and post-college twenty-somethings entering the workforce. Women and young adults face unique experiences and I'm passionate about helping you navigate them.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer remote and in-person therapy in South Denver. In June, I will be moving offices to the convenient South Pearl Street in the Platte Park area.
