that I offer wellness-focused psychotherapy and evidence-based techniques for managing chronic health challenges for kids, teens, and their families. Currently accepting self-pay clients. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

I specialize in working with people who:

are kids, teens, and young adults with chronic medical conditions, including: chronic pain, cancer, cystic fibrosis, gastrointestinal disorders, and diabetes. I also offer coaching for parents/caregivers of youth with chronic health conditions.

I became a therapist because:

I grew up in a town that did not have mental health care. I developed a passion for decreasing mental health stigma & providing high quality services.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I provide telehealth services from my office in a forest setting. We can incorporate the beautiful nature and local birds into our sessions together.

Living with a chronic health condition can cause stress, worry, and sadness. It can also exacerbate pre-existing mental health symptoms. I am passionate about helping kids, teens, and families adjust to their unique challenges and thrive.
