thoughtful, analytical, curious and empathetic. They also say I can offer new perspectives in a nonjudgmental, collaborative way.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am investigative and analytical, yet compassionate and collaborative. I challenge my clients to break issues down and put them back together in a new, more helpful way.
Together, we will:
work toward getting you to understand the way you interact with yourself, others, and the world and why these habits developed. From there, we can examine if these habits are properly serving you and how a better method might be achieved.
I specialize in working with people who:
are high-achieving individuals who are intelligent, prone to overthinking, and tend to be more logical than emotional. You may describe yourself as a perfectionist and/or a people pleaser as well.
I became a therapist because:
therapy perfectly combines my passion for helping and connecting with others with my passion for solving challenging problems.
