I help clients feel validated and will collaborate with you to tap into your strengths to promote change. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of my clients, using a client-centered approach often combined with CBT, DBT and ACT.

are grieving a loss, working through trauma, or are going through another type of life transition, often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, sad, or alone. I appreciate when you share experiences and concerns and are motivated for change.

I am passionate about connected with others, helping them to grow, reach their potential, and simply feel better about themselves and their lives.
