I help clients feel validated and will collaborate with you to tap into your strengths to promote change. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of my clients, using a client-centered approach often combined with CBT, DBT and ACT.

we will identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may not be working for you and find healthier ways to deal with these situations. We can process challenging situations in your life and utilize tools to better manage these.

I specialize in working with people who:

are grieving a loss, working through trauma, or are going through another type of life transition, often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, sad, or alone. I appreciate when you share experiences and concerns and are motivated for change.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about connected with others, helping them to grow, reach their potential, and simply feel better about themselves and their lives.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both online sessions and in-person at my office in Capitol Hill in Denver.
