I incorporate an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-based/Shame-informed therapy.

I have worked with an array of presenting mental health concerns among diverse client populations including work with eating disorders, teen/women's issues, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
