Are age 16-30 and feeling inadequate, stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. I can help you relieve anxiety and panic attacks, over-thinking, and people-pleasing/perfectionism to help you feel empowered, in-control, authentic, calm, and confident.

I became a therapist because:
