In my approach, we'll work together as a team. I have knowledge and skills to share that may be helpful. I strive to create a safe space to talk about difficult things and try out new ways of helping yourself move forward, at your own pace.
We will get more familiar with our own reactive patterns. We will practice strategies for relating to the world around us in a way that feels authentic. We will pay attention to what is helpful and spend less time beating ourselves up for mistakes.
