I have formal training in Trauma Informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, Prepare Enrich Couple's Method, and Motivational Interviewing.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work a lot with life transitions, grief, addiction, adolescents, anxiety, and depression. I really enjoy working with young adults and those who are searching for their identity. I am a big ally to the LGBTQIA+, body positive, sex worker community.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be the person I needed when I was younger. It's cliche but I knew I wanted to be that person. It gave me motivation to be who I am today.
