I work Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm.
My clients describe me as:
direct, research-focused, and likely to incorporate humor into our sessions.
Something to know about my approach is:
I utilize a relational approach to therapy and help my clients relate to their problems differently. I honor my clients as being the experts of their own lives, and I aim to help clients find their own solutions to their problems.
Together, we will:
determine how you can start behaving in ways that are in concordance with your values so that you can start living a more fulfilling life. I will help you learn how to turn towards your problems and shift your relationships with yourself and others.
I specialize in working with people who:
are seeking to improve their relationships, people struggling with anxiety, confidence, self-image, grief, and divorce/break-ups. I have extensive training in equine-assisted psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and couple's counseling.
I became a therapist because:
I received indispensable therapy myself. I am grateful for my personal introduction into the mental health field and try to pay it forward.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
In-person session in Orlando, Fl. Clients living in Florida and Illinois can attend virtual sessions from the comfort of their own private space.
More about me and my practice:
I aim to help clients connect to their willingness to learn how to communicate with each other differently to get their needs met within their relationships. I enjoy teaching skills-based tools and utilize mindfulness-based principals.
