I became a therapist to create the space needed for others to process, reflect, and grow. My goal is to offer a space where people feel safe enough to lay down the weight they’ve been carrying—whether it’s stress, trauma, identity exploration, or life transitions—and know they will be met with compassion, understanding, and support.
