I primarily use cognitive and behavioral approaches - assisting clients in learning how the way they think has a direct impact on how they feel and behave. I also include faith-based principles for those clients seeking this form of treatment.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic, depression, grief and loss, sexual/pornography addiction, and compulsive eating. I work with persons age 18+, with both men and women and I welcome perople from all walks of life without judgement.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy helping people understand their difficulties and in helping them to overcome these difficulties to the greatest extent possible.

I offer years of experience (35+). I have worked with a very diverse population. I am flexible. I provide treatment that matches each person's needs.
